[wxqc] MADIS Now feeding weatherundergound?

CWOP and APRSWX use the same servers.  One's close to you, in College 
Station (but that's not relevant. Steve Dimse is responsible for 
creating the linkage of APRSWX and CWOP, and providing the data to 
MADIS.  MADIS assimilates data from a variety of sources, does QC on 
them, and provides a data feed.  Look at 
http://mesonet.tamu.edu/currentwx.html to see the extent of the MADIS 
stations.  Feel free to zoom out, and understand that the data well 
beyond CONUS are not displayed there... it's a bounding box issue.

There's a strong interrelation among the data sources.  Registered 
APRSWX folk are also CWOP members, but not all CWOP folks are APRSWX 
folks... since in general, you have to be a licensed Amateur Radio 
Operator to use APRS.

We've attempted to mangle the acronyms to confuse the populace.
