[wxqc] frustrated [OT] ISP idea

I've been using a computer and APC Back-UPS XS 1000 with my Davis 
VantagePro II to transmit to CWOP via the Wildblue satellite for 
nearly 2 years.  Both the computer and Wildblue modem are powered 
through the XS 1000.   This combination gives me about 2 hours of run 
time in the event of a general power failure.
