[wxqc] Intermittent Missing Data

In all your crowing about tier 2, you leave out several important
points.
First, for years you actively lobbied weather software authors to
hard code your and Phil's server into their programs.
Second, when your false claims about the fragility of the core were
contested, you and Phil decided to use CWOP as a pawn to prove your
point. Only problem was, after you sent a letter of resignation to
Russ, and turned off your servers on a weekend morning, the core
didn't crash. In fact it handled the load with grace, and still does.
Even the case which started this has now been proven to be a user's
network problem, nothing to do with the core.
When your attempted coup failed, you came back to CWOP asking to be
part again. They said no, because your actions demonstrated contempt
for CWOP, its contributers, and the users of its data. CWOP and the
core have worked hard to switch over all the users that have hard-
coded your address to the core, and your servers now handle a small
minority of CWOP traffic, those which are using old versions of the
software. You are not needed here, please honor your resignation letter.
Face reality. You and Phil Pacier have shown yourselves to be self
centered losers with no sense of service to the weather community.
Just go away and let those of use that are committed to the success
of this project accomplish our work.
