[wxqc] CWOP traffic

As there has been some discussion of CWOP traffic, let me point out that
graphs that show trends in CWOP traffic are linked from a recent (April
8) CWOP News item,

The total APRS-IS station traffic on an hourly basis is given in a table

There are some weather stations on APRS-IS that are not members of CWOP
for various reasons.  We try to get all of the weather stations that
have valid weather data to join CWOP, but the location of some of them
can't be verified and we try hard to make sure that all CWOP members are
located to an accuracy of better than 200 meters.
