[wxqc] Fw: APRS WX issues

Offhand, it looks like KS4NG and K1LNX-1 are getting the majority of the
reports. That's not a statistical review but a quick-look with the Mk
II Eyeball. I suspect that WIDE3-3 is overkill for the most part.
