[wxqc] Fw: APRS WX issues

A little review shows that your data are going to the APRS-IS core 
servers (as they have to, to get to MADIS) via tcp connection.  Use of a 
3-hop WIDE routing address suggests your data are valuable to a very 
large area.  Is this what you're trying to achieve?

Also, if the station associated with the reports you're questioning is 
not associated with your call, it'd help to know what station ID you're 
interested in so we can do forensic analysis properly.
