Your numbers appear to be getting better -- have you been tweaking over 
the last couple of days?

You now appear to be about 2mb high, though it was over 5mb 24 hours 
ago. If you are not tweaking, then I would suspect that your elevation 
is incorrectly entered into your software, and that the incorrect 
adjustment for elevation is being made.
