[wxqc] time servers

I just realized the default time servers for windows XP have gone away for a
list of current servers go to
http://boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm
The way I found out I tried to update my clock manually and I got an error
message from both of the default servers.
To fix just type in one of the servers preferably the one closest to your
location.
