[wxqc] Firmware Upgrade & Errors!

I too did the latest VP2 wireless update recently and I believe that part of that update improved barometer readings, here is the update info from the Davis support page,
   
  Firmware version 1.6
1. Changed the default console year to 2006.
2. Added barometer filter to smooth out the barometric reading over the hour.
3. Fixed the daylight savings bit to indicate whether daylight saving is on or off in the automatic mode.
