[wxqc] DAta upload lock up

I solved my lock-up problem by switching software to Weather Display.  Works
just fine with my Davis Vantage Pro 2, and I was off the air for only about
15 minutes during the switch over.

TO; Harry T.  I to have had the lock up problem.  I reduced the problem ,
but did not completely resolve it, by changing to a different ISP.  I also
moved to XP from 2000 pro .  I still have the problem but not as often.  I
am using weatherlink 5.7a. I have sent several logs and time line for this
problem to Davis and they have said every thing from they are working on it
to that probably won't fix it.  I have taken to just living with it.  I
haven't gotten any one to tell me about a different package that works with
the vantage pro to use instead of weatherlink.  Would be interested if you
find one.
