Victor,
Thanks for your response, and you bring up some good points. I obviously
don't understand it either, and perhaps as you say someone will explain it.
I did notice the difference in smooth characteristics of my plot versus the
analysis, as you said. Perhaps, since this is a very recent install and a
new weather station, it takes time to take in account my data for a correct
analysis. I may just be overly anxious on getting the data to match up.
Anyway, thanks! :)

I'm curious to see what others will say. It looks to me like you're getting
dinged on standard deviation. The problem gets marked in red. But I think
the reason the standard deviation is so high is because of the analysis, not
your data. Look how smooth your graph is compared to the analysis. Now
compare to other sites near you. I think the analysis has a glitch. I also
notice you don't really have many close neighbors, weatherwise, so maybe
there is a boundary condition issue in the analysis.
I don't know how the anlysis works, of course. This is just my idle
speculation.

Hello,
Forgive me if I missed the link to an explanation on this page. I am trying
to make sense of the Data Status indicators (Red 'X', Green 'check', Yellow
'?'). Obviously the Red X indicates a problem, but I am just curious how
often that gets updated. I currently have a red X on my barometer stats:
http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/C6489?tile=10;humidity=0;days=3#Data
But, it appears to be from some dates previous to the 3 day history. What
is the refresh interval on that analysis? Is it the full 28 days before the
new accurate data takes over?
I know the Yellow ? indicates a problem as well, but what differentiates a
Yellow '?' over a Red 'X'?
Thanks!
