[wxqc] CWOP Summary info

Hello,

Forgive me if I missed the link to an explanation on this page.  I am trying
to make sense of the Data Status indicators (Red 'X', Green 'check', Yellow
'?').  Obviously the Red X indicates a problem, but I am just curious how
often that gets updated.  I currently have a red X on my barometer stats:

But, it appears to be from some dates previous to the 3 day history.  What
is the refresh interval on that analysis?  Is it the full 28 days before the
new accurate data takes over?

I know the Yellow ? indicates a problem as well, but what differentiates a
Yellow '?' over a Red 'X'?
