[wxqc] Data Upload Lockups

I've learned a lot since I asked for some advice on the subject. Anyway, here is what I'm running and am having what I preceive as the software not releasing the com port when uploading data.

Dell PIII, Windows XP Home Version, Davis Advantage Pro2+ with the Agi module, all wireless and using the software Weatherlink 5.7 to handle the data. I'm uploading through a DSL extreme connection line that has been checked for interference. The line transmits at rates of 3.0+Mbs & 384+kbs constantly. It is a dedicated line for weather data. I'm sending data to APRS / CWOP and WeatherUnderGround.  

About once or twice a week the software posts a message that the com port doesn't exist on this computer. I can stop and start applications but until I reboot it does not start sending data properly. I've run weatherlink alone and the same things happens. I've run it with windows on and shut down and it still happens with the same message.
