[wxqc] DAta upload lock up

Harry, et.al.,

I too have the lockup problem...Windows XP Home, Weatherlink 5.7 and a 
dial-up ISP.  I chalk the problem up to the ISP not answering and the 
software not handling it very well.  When it happens, I also cannot 
manually dial in to my ISP because the dialing application is hung 
up.The only wan I can resolve it is to reboot.
