[wxqc] not receiving the digest

I now have a properly hosted system, and am in the process of moving 
everything over to it. Hopefully, things will improve by the end of the 
weekend.

Yes, for some reason, you have not been getting the digest (and there 
are three other people in the same boat).

Hang on a few more days....
