[wxqc] MADIS rating

Thanks -- I have done this.

The whole 'madis rating' thing is an experiment. If you get 1 or 2 
thumbs down, then you are definitely in trouble. We may adjust the 
percentage(s) at which the various numbers of thumbs appear. [As a side 
note, if anybody has better thumb graphics, I'd use them in a flash.]
