[wxqc] MADIS rating

Made me look.

Kinda confusing...  I've to two Green Check marks, both with 2 Thumbs up and
my Humidity has a Red X with two Madis Thumbs Up.

Note: You see nothing if you hover with FF over the Thumbs Up Graphics.  You
do when you hove with MSIE.
