[wxqc] MADIS rating

My suggestion would be to make it more firefox compatible. The mouseover
feature doesn't work in firefox 1.0.5.7 for XP (at least not my copy), but
it does work with Internet Explorer (99% on all three, yeah!). I also
noticed only the first 2 of three checkmarks showed up, where all three show
up with IE. Firefox is pickier about syntax, so I suspect that there is
simply a formatting error somewhere between the second and third.

If you can't duplicate this, try my site (C6155). Maybe there's something
specific to my station that triggers it.

So how many checks are there? Is it the same number of checks for all of us,
or does it vary by who surrounds us?
