Hello Folks,

I just subscribed, and have a lot to learn.  I am planning a future trip to 
a very remote area of Siberia/Mongolia, part of some scientific queries.   
This area has some unbelievably serious, severe weather.   I have viewed a 
surprising number of WX stations in the area of iinterest, in the vicinity 
of Tuva, Mongolia and China.  I would be interested in meeting some of the 
WX volunteers in that area.   Is it possible to connect with others on this 
list by email, if I only know the volunteer by his CWOP WX station number?   
Also, I am a regular user of Skype, VOIP services.  I wonder if may of the 
list are also?
