[wxqc] Urgent server maintenance

Lemme see what I've got for "spare" hardware here at TAMU.  I'm hosting 
first.aprs.net, findu2.tamu.edu and firenet.us already.  I'm interested 
in getting more involved in CWOP operations anyway.  I've additional 
ideas on metadata management and user notification, as well.

Lemme know what you think.  How much disk space?  Can we live within the 
confines of a mirrored 250GB (RAID1) system in a data center?

ps:  findu.tamu.edu is now located at the data center hosting 
third.aprs.net... Dave and I collaborate on a lot of the aprs activities.
