Bob,

One is not "automatically removed" at all.  Simply there are no quality
issues (not even very small ones) with the data you've sent in over the time
in question.  

If Chris is listed here,

http://www.wxqa.com/states/TX.html

and if he is sending in data, his data are going to MADIS and into the
quality control checking process.
