[wxqc] temperature errors

That's what I get for looking at the pix with insufficient coffee onboard.

SO: The issue of radiated heating is not a factor, and we come back to 
one of the potential drawbacks of nearest neighbor comparison for QC.  I 
suspect that you need to confirm spot temperature readings with an 
analog, calibrated thermometer and then see where you lie.  Remember to 
shade the analog thermometer to that direct solar radiation doesn't 
cause an anomalous reading.  If this check shows you're in the range, 
then I suspect that the QC comment is noting a real microclimate variation.
