[wxqc] Davis Vantage Pro2 Weather Station Up and Running

My new #6153 Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station with fan aspirated weather station is installed and running dumping observations into MADIS via APRS and CWOP. Wind direction and speed is currently being measured only at 9 feet but will go on top of my new Rohn 50 foot telescoping push up mast soon. At 50 feet the wind equipment will be approximately 15 feet above the surrounding tree canopy within 1/4 mile.
