[wxqc] dewpoint

Hi:  I have recently switched over to using a Davis Vantage Pro weather station. My dewpoint readings are within 1-2 degrees or are identical to my nearest metars, but I am still getting error reports.  I had many error reports with my previous weather station and I thought my new station might improve the readings. I have placed my sensors in an ideal location per the CWOP siting guide.
