[wxqc] dewpoint errors

I've recently replaced this sensor because it was giving faulty
dew/humidity.  Try resetting the unit.  If that doesn't work take your
indoor unit and stand near the outdoor unit.  If the dew/humidity
isn't within reasonable error range between the two sensors, you need
to replace that outdoor sensor.  OS has those sensors back ordered if
you are under warranty, I got a new one on ebay (thanks warren).
