[wxqc] Weatherlink and screen saver

I changed my station from an  XP computer to an old computer I had with Win 98.  The download popup caused my screen saver not to come on.  But on this 98 machine I don't have the problem the screen saver comes on and the popup doesn't effect it.  The popup still shows up if I'm here doing something.  It just don't effect the screen saver
