I run WeatherLink and have no issues with the dialog box. What I have
done is to create a Weather User in XP (must set up XP to run multiple
users). I only run Weather Link in it - leave the monitor open. After
I have it open, I switch users to the one I use. I upload every 10
minutes and am never interrupted with it.
