[wxqc] Weather Underground Reporting

Has anyone had any trouble today uploading to Weather Underground? I keep getting a warning message since about 4:30 PM CST. However when I check WU site it shows that my data is being received.

with about 3 lines of code beyond that. 

Does anyone have a clue?
