[wxqc] Weird Summary contained in daily report

Thanks for the clarification Philip and no problem, I just wanted to
be sure I hadn't all of a sudden started reporting really, really,
REALLY bad data LOL
Good luck on the worldwide project, I am lucky enough to try and keep
track of my backyard.. ;)
