[wxqc] More troubles

Last night my internet connection went down for 6 hours or so. This is 
the first significant outage from my ISP in the past two years (that I 
have used them). I have had an offer to move the entire site to a 
properly hosted environment, and the experience of the last two days is 
making me think that this is well worth doing!
