[wxqc] Temp Issue Maybe

Well the difference between 5 and 9 ft is very minimal. Actually I have 
not seen much difference according to CWOP quality checks. I know the 
book says that but when you have data that is showing hardly any 
difference I will just keep it 9 ft, plus I feel safer it is that high 
so the neighbor kids or my little ones don't mess with it. Thanks for 
all the info. I will keep those manuals on my computer for further 
reading if need be.
