[wxqc] Temp Issue Maybe

I personally think that there is nothing wrong with my temperatures. I
follow the temps pretty close and I see my temps are very close to the
other reporting stations in my area. My sensor is not under any eves,
thick trees, or screen porch area. It is pretty much in an open area. My
highs for the day are within 1-2 degrees of the other stations. My night
time is 2-4 degrees difference and sometimes less. My sensor is 9 ft
above the ground, and granted it does not have a fan so I will have to
deal with that. Like I stated before I live in the middle of town so it
will be different. This is all my opinion of course.
