[wxqc] WxSolution program with a Davis Vantage Pro 2

I use Davis software, WeatherLink 5.7, with my Vantage Pro 1.
After installing - I cleared any Baro off-set I had previously entered,
made sure my altitude was entered correct, and have received Green Check
from then on.
