[wxqc] CWOP #AR692/KN4LF Elevation Error

GPS elevation is not accurate and should never be used for station 
elevation.  Use the GPS to find your location on a topo and use the topo's 
elevation.  The USGS has many articles that over and over again say the same 
thing.  The satellite orientation just doesn't lend itself to accurate 
elevation readings.  Which is also why many outdoor hiker GPS units have a 
separate altimeter.

I used the elevation info from my portable GPS unit and it said my elevation 
was 71.6 m/234 ft. I thought that when the DOD had removed the intentional 
error that elevation data was now correct. In any event using my local 
topographic map it has my elevation at 64.4 m/218 ft.

So go ahead and change my CWOP #AR692/KN4LF station elevation to the 66.4 
m/218 ft.
