[wxqc] clouds altitude measurement

Henri,

I would recommend posting a question such as this within the support
forums for Weather Display:
http://www.weather-watch.com/smf

There have been some past discussions regarding cloud height and
detection and such within those forums and possibly searching first
and seeing what has been posted to date would be your best start.
