[wxqc] Something horrible happened (again) at 0735 UTC today

There is the interaction between two problems here. There is a  
problem with findU and its feed during the wee hours. There is  
nightly maintenance that must occur to keep the database size down to  
a "reasonable" 87 GB. Hopefully once I get the new server running in  
a load-share configuration this will go away. You can see the missing  
data by comparing the plots of the primary and secondary servers:

it shows most clearly in the wind data. Note that there is no spike  
in either plot, and note that the raw data on both servers never  
shows any report for humidity, or any outlying temperature values:

Blame findU for the missing data, but not for the spikes you are  
seeing...
