[wxqc] spikes, erratic analysis plots

I got spikes on temp, humidity, baro, dp.
Would love to have someone set up my comparison sites closer than 50
miles from my station site.  It is really stretching the analysis
integrity.  I too, show neighboring sites with missing blocks of data, spikes,
no data, different climate zones, etc.  I know my site is more accurate than the 
current analysis data!
