[wxqc] Something horrible happened (again) at 0735 UTC today

I see a major pressure spike around the same time (0730 UTS) on my QC data.
I check the CWOP stations around me and they all have a spike at the same
time.  I also check a station of a friend in Utah and that has spikes
showing.

One most of the other stations I checked there were also temperature, dew
point and humidity spikes.  For some reason my data only had the pressure
spike.

I got a major spike this morning at 0735. I also got a humidity reading 
(which is a bit of a suprise since my humidity sensor is still on my lab 
bench).

I suspect that I got given some other person's readings for that one 
slot this morning.

p.s. I had problems with delivering the wxqc mailing list to aol.com and 
rr.com users for a while over Christmas. It should all be fixed now.
