[wxqc] Re: Weather Underground

I went out this morning and checked my machine running WeatherLink 
5.6a on Windows XP and found that it was doing just fine. I have 
another system up at another house I'm not at that missed a few 
uploads, but otherwise handled itself gracefully and continues to run 
without manual intervention.
