[wxqc] Weather Underground Upload Problem

Hello, I am CW2671; 
I think Weather Underground had a problem today, as others have
questioned. 

As of 1:31 pm EST today (Saturday) my weather data reporting was hung
trying to upload weather data from FreeWX; the problem appeared to have
spread or increased with time. 
I relieved the problem by disabling the upload to WX Underground (and a
few Windows and computer restarts).
The WX Underground and CWOP Uploads are done together in FreeWX; just
how they are associated, I do not know. 
The other 'upload' function of FreeWX which is FTP to my web host was
not hung, that is handled separately. 
The Weather Underground web site for (KNJCINNA1) is now working again,
it shows that my data quit about 12:06 pm EST today.
