The problem is that the connection is made and then the Wunderground server 
is sending back a constant HTML stream  of an error from their Apache 
server. This, in my case(and I bet most others), had my software hung at 
that point, reading and printing the error message to the console. That 
stopped any further CWOP and web update posts from my station. Since I do my 
own software in Java, I made a change in the posting module to close the 
connection and move on if the word normally returned from Wunderground's 
server("success") isn't there. Now my CWOP and web updates are going through 
OK and only Wunderground is not.
