[wxqc] WUHU problem for CWOP transmit

I have the same situation. I disabled the connection to Weather
Underground and also I sent and email to support at weather undergorund.
I'm using Weather Link.

WeatherDisplay, and I suppose other applications, times out if a
particular connection is not available and moves onto the next item in
the upload script.
