[wxqc] Dew Point calibration

Hi Jack,

Looking at your graphs, I'd say you should maybe tweak the humidity up 
by one degree, let it settle in for a few days, or until you get a 
semi-stable pattern over you. If things are still running low, tweak it 
up a little bit more, depending on how far off, but in any event, what 
you want to do is make changes in small increments, wait for a period, 
check it, then if necessary, adjust again.

I've got the WM-II, so I have nothing I can tweak exept via the console, 
and that's what I do (I do cheat and use weatherlink's setup mode) then 
just watch things. With such unstable conditions over me right now, I'm 
seeing rather large changes from the std deviation, but I don't worry 
about it. The long term averages are still very good in my book.
