[wxqc] CWOP Measures Arctic Air in the Lower 48 States (CW 4419)

Hello Everyone - I am new to this list. My weather experience is SKYWARN as
an amateur radio operator - I participate as much as the weather here will
allow. I am located in North Central Ohio right on Lake Erie.

Maybe some of you can help me out a little here. I have a Heathkit ID5001
weather station and need to homebrew the aneomometer and wind vane. Is
there anyone that has a manual for this unit or any kind of specs for what
type of signals/data is sent back to the computer from these devices?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
