[wxqc] CWOP Measures Arctic Air in the Lower 48 States

I have to say, this is a serious arctic airmass, not seen in the lower 
48 states for 3 years:

... with 14 states measuring temperatures below zero!  I guess we are 
getting a little taste of what the Russians were seeing last month, when 
we were having a record breaking warm month.  Ah, good times. 

Ya'll be safe out there, this degree of cold should make you think twice 
about casual travel.
