[wxqc] Vantage Pro 2 Time

I don't think that VWS lets the computer set the console clock (unlike all the other VP software).  To reset the console clock, hold DONE and the down arrow for a couple of seconds until the console goes into the setup mode.  Then press the right arrow until you get to the clock screen; the hours will be flashing.  Use the up and down arrows to change that; when satisfied, press the right arrow to move to minutes, then use the up and down arrows to adjust.  When done, press DONE (suprise) and hold until you go back to the normal screen.
