[wxqc] Dewpoints for CW5204 (John & Delta)

I'm confused (nothing new for me) isn't Dew point a calculated value derived
from temperature and humidity. I was under the impression only barometric
pressure, temperature, humidity and wind info was transferred to CWOP. And
if that is correct who/what is doing the dew point calculations?
