delta is a parameter that groups degrees together, 1 draws a line  
between each degree's maximum, higher numbers group them into bins of  
delta degrees. 1 will be very spiky, 90 will be quadrilateral, I  
picked 20 as a default, I think it is the best compromise.

If I understand your original proposal, the next stage will be to do  
different time intervals as different colors, right?
