Hi Steve.

Using Weather-Display <http://www.weather-display.com/index.php> software I
have it ftp'd to my server.  Then I use
ScrollItUp<http://javaboutique.internet.com/ScrollItUp/>
(a small java applet)
to scroll the text file.  Updates every 5 minutes.
