[wxqc] QC Report Help Request

HI,
I just have reported enough data to change the look of
my chart for the last 8 weeks. I, like others have not
had a lot of green checks for my Dew Point/Humidity.
Now that I have this different chart, could someone
explain or point me to somewhere where there is
information on how to read these charts in laymans
terms?
I would like to fully understand them especially now
that I have more data to analize.
My station is CW5443.
